Meet Cindy Steinemann

When people see me they ask, "What´s for sale?" and "What´s sold?". People recognize me for my knowledge and passion for the Real Estate Market and know they can get the facts and service they are looking for and deserve.
With years´ experience in the Tri-County real estate market plus the additional buyers specalists who have joined my team, I have enjoyed many fulfilling relationships with buyers and sellers. Because I believe that the "relationship" part of any real estate transaction is the most important element, my business is almost exclusively by referral. I have acquired my Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) certification. Which allows me to have the knowledge of Premier Homes.
With professional affiliations that have been carefully nurtured over many years, I am able to recommend Mortgage sources, Title companies, inspectors, and trades-people of many descriptions.
Extensive knowledge of the tri-county area (Marion, Lake, Sumter Counties), allows me the flexibility to work with my clients in any locale they prefer, as well as to make comparisons among geographic areas of interest.

Cindy uses the latest technology to serve her clients. From her i-Phone to her website she uses every tool to help buyers and sellers. Cindy's website is quickly becoming the place to go for information and the latest news on the housing market. As soon as new government policies are anounced we try and post them on the website. According to the National Association of REALTORS in 2010 100% of homes purchased will be viewed on the internet as a part of the home buying process. Knowing this fact Cindy attempts to put her listings on 78 websites so the sellers are represented to the best of her ability.
To help with the volume of business her office handles Cindy has recently moved her Contact and Time Management programs to a phone friendly web based system. This progam also includes all of her current and pending listings and a complete customer database.
With the growth of cell phones having web access Cindy plans to add even more services for both the sellers and buyers. Third level domain marketing makes it easy for a passerby to use the phone to see pictures of the inside of the home. Houses sending text messages with pictures is also a way to help sellers promote the home by instantly providing information such as beds and baths, square footage and price. Both of these systems are not currently used in most market areas.
Cindy has bigger and better things coming soon so check back often as we forge new ways to help both buyers and sellers find the right solution to their real estate needs.

Cindy Thinking Outside The Box

Cindy is always looking for new ways to market your home. Recently she held a "Parade of Homes" in Stonecrest, FL and it was a huge success. The event was held to help raise funds for needy children in the area to purchase winter coats, The Stonecrest Women's Auxilary contacts local schools and finds children to help. It was decided a joint venture between Cindy and the Auxilary would be a great idea with Cindy donating a portion of the proceeds from any home sold that day.
To get the public involved the Auxilary helped find sponsors to both provide door prizes and offset the cost of the advertising. Radio spots, newspaper ads and a 3 hour remote radio broadcast did the trick. The public was greeted by a real life (Wendy) Lady Bug at the front gate handing out maps to get to the first house. Cindy opened 12 homes to the public with members of the Auxilary manning each home and serving home made cookies.
A home was sold and maybe more to come as the buying process goes forward. The Auxilary will be able to buy winter coats for many children this year.
